Shipping Policy

A. Shipping Fees

With our shipping policy, we offer standard shipping rates for a flat fee of $5.95 per order (unless otherwise stated at checkout). Taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

B. Processing Time vs. Transit Time

“Processing time” (the time it takes us to prepare and hand your order to the carrier) is separate from “transit time” (the time it takes the carrier to deliver after shipment). Processing time can vary due to order volume, inventory availability, payment verification, or operational constraints.

C. Transit Time (After Shipment)

After your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or carrier-observed holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak shipping periods, service disruptions, or incorrect/incomplete address information.

D. Tracking Information

Whenever available, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information once your order is handed off to the carrier. In some cases (for example, split shipments, partial fulfillments, or carrier limitations), tracking updates may be delayed or provided in multiple emails.

E. Shipping Address Accuracy and Changes

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is submitted, and we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

F. Undeliverable Packages and Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal), we may contact you to confirm a corrected address. Reshipment fees may apply. In the case that reshipment is not possible, we may issue a refund in accordance with our Returns and Shipping policy, minus shipping costs (where permitted by law).

G. Delays and Out-of-Stock Items

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated or otherwise reasonably expected, we will notify you and, where required, provide the option to consent to a delayed shipment or cancel for a refund for any unshipped items.

H. Risk of Loss and Title

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we deliver your order to the carrier (unless otherwise required by applicable law). If your shipment shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us so we can assist with next steps.
