Our Commitment
handētizer is committed to providing an accessible experience for all customers, including people with disabilities. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and monitor evolving guidance, including WCAG 2.2.
How We Support Accessibility
- Inclusive Design and Development: We follow the WCAG principles of perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust content. This includes sufficient color contrast, resizable text, descriptive alt text for images, visible focus indicators, meaningful link and button labels, and full keyboard navigation for key flows.
- Testing and Remediation: We use a combination of automated scans and manual review with assistive technologies to identify issues and address them in a prioritized manner.
- Continuous Improvement: New pages and features are reviewed for accessibility. We train team members and consult specialists as needed to improve our practices.
- Alternative Access: If any content or feature is not fully accessible to you, we will provide an alternative format or otherwise assist you in obtaining the information or completing a transaction.
Third-Party Content and Tools
Some third-party integrations or embedded widgets may not fully meet our accessibility standards. While we do not control these vendors, we encourage them to provide accessible solutions and will assist you with alternatives where possible.
