Return Policy

Overview

We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy for online purchases made directly on our website. Please note, our policy is 14 days upon receipt of your items. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items past the 14 day period.

Due to the nature of the product, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For exchanges, please refer to our exchange policy provided below.

Purchases made through a third party are not eligible for a return or exchange through our direct channel. Please contact the merchant for which you purchased the product from for further return and exchange information.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your banking institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund, first check with your banking institution or your credit card provider, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@handetizer.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only valid on defective or damaged items. Shipping costs may apply. Please contact us at support@handetizer.com for further information.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Tracking services are highly encouraged. We are not responsible for lost returned parcels. Please contact your shipping courier.
